By booking a service, reading content, or purchasing from Queen of the Sparkle Shift, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Offered

We provide:

• Energy healing sessions (Reflexology, Reiki, AromaTouch)

• Human Design coaching, reports, and relationship support

• Digital tools, resources, and intuitive guidance

All services are offered as support tools for self-discovery, nervous system regulation, and emotional empowerment.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a $30 fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full session amount.

• Bookings can be made online or via direct contact.

3. Digital Products & Reports

All digital products (including Human Design reports and tools) are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the personalized nature of the content.

4. Payments

Payment is required in full prior to the delivery of services or digital products. We accept major credit cards and secure online payment platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (text, PDFs, graphics, guides, reports, and course materials) is owned by Queen of the Sparkle Shift. You may not duplicate, share, or republish any material without written permission.

6. No Guarantee of Results

All services are offered in good faith and intended to support your personal growth. However, outcomes are unique to each individual. We make no guarantees regarding results, income, healing, or transformation.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use this website or services for illegal, harmful, or exploitative purposes

• Share confidential session content without consent

• Disrupt the online experience for other users
